YKIP - KEMBALI Program Coordinator

We are now looking for a KEMBALI Program Coordinator who will be responsible for the delivering successful management and implementation of “KEMBALI” scholarship program. He/she will report to the Operation Director and manage all aspects of assigned program to achieve desired goal.

We require a quality focussed, results oriented person who will be able to carry on main duties as follows:

Overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring process.
Manage a team of staffs and numerous part time volunteers, and acting as a point of contact between the management, team member and the volunteers.
Ensure that the objectives of the program are achieved and the resources are used efficiently through the creation and implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation system.
Verify the expenditures.
Prepare periodic activities report.
Prepare material for program publication (newsletter, social media, webpage, annual report, etc.).
Represent YKIP to meet with partners and/potential partners to maintain/develop partnership.

For this role, you should have Bachelor degree at any field. A university degree in education, psychology, social studies or management with at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience as program coordinator for social/community development project is more preferable.

You are also required to be:

Genuinely interested and dedicated to work with communities to improving education for disadvantaged children.
Able to work independently as well as team player with leadership skill and employ initiative to find solutions, priorities and exercise discretion.
Able to do multi-tasking, working in high pressure to meet results, working with minimum supervision and multi-cultural environment.
Strong in interpersonal, good in written and oral communication skills.
Good in English and Indonesian, able to communicate in Balinese is preferred.
Excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills.
Good in program monitoring and evaluation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet is a must.
Willing to travel to project sites as required and work in areas with minimum facilities.
